Land Rover’s 1994 NAS Defender 90 P.O.E. – PENDING!!!
Welcome to AdventureMotorCar’s online listing of this Coniston Green 1994 Land Rover Defender 90 Station Wagon POE. POE stands for “Port of Entry” and is a moniker for one of the rarest variants of NAS Defenders. Only 65 Port of Entry Defender 90s were made in 1994, and they were a prototype-esque vehicle developed by Land Rover to test U.S. market demand for Defender 90 Station Wagons.
The POEs feature a special metal hardtop, similar to the fiberglass hardtop offered for soft tops, that shares the distinctive rear door with a top and bottom opening section. Due to the rarity of the POE, this Defender is sought after by both Land Rover enthusiasts, automotive connoisseurs, and collectors. This is a very clean, well-optioned Defender 90 that looks as good as it drives.
